In-Person Training

Get strong, build muscle and overcome injury with one on one personal training in Austin, TX.
I work out of Castle Hill Fitness in downtown Austin.
If you would like to refine technique on a particular lift, troubleshoot an injury or want help putting together the perfect program, then we can work together to assess where you are and put a plan together to get you where you want to go.

Sessions are 60 minutes and vary by how many people are training.
1 Person = $98
2 People = $65 each
3 People = $54 each
4 or more = $47 each -

Manual Therapy

If pain and reduced range of motion are limiting your movement, then manual therapy can be a wonderful strategy to help get you moving again.
Sessions will incorporate a variety of techniques, positions and movements to best match the goals of each client.
