  • I work out of Castle Hill Fitness in downtown Austin. It is a fully equipped gym with all the toys. Kettlebells, Barbells, Boxing, Monkey Bars, Machines and Open Floor Space for days. We can get into any style of training that interests you.

  • One person - $98 / hr
    Two people - $65 / hr
    Three people - $54 / hr
    Four or more - $47 / hr

  • No! Some clients have come in 3 times per week for the last 8 years while other clients simply come in for a single session to get a form check or movement assessment. Some clients come in for a few sessions to get help putting a block of programming together and then come back every 6-8 weeks to update and progress the program. I’m happy to work with you and help you achieve your goals regardless of how many sessions you purchase.

  • Yes! I have extensive experience working with clients experiencing a variety of orthopedic conditions as well as clients in a post rehabilitative phase of their recovery. After working with people through all phases of the life cycle from 18 - 94, I’ve discovered that everyone has some form of constraint on their movement. The process is always the same though. We work together to find movements that feel good for your body given your unique circumstances. We put together a trainable menu of exercises and a long term program that challenges you and helps you achieve your goals.
