  • Remote coaching is customized Strength, Conditioning and Mobility programming to meet your specific needs.

    Step 1: We will start by setting up a strategy session to discuss your goals, movement history and any questions you may have.
    Step 2: We will perform an initial movement assessment that will help me to write a unique program for you (updated monthly) that takes into account your goals, available equipment and time constraints.
    Step 3: The program will be delivered to you via the “TrueCoach” app where you can quickly log your workouts, view demonstration videos, track key metrics, upload video results for form checks and have unlimited communication access to me via direct message.
    Step 4: You perform the program! Then we schedule a 30 minute monthly call check in on progress, re-assess movement and address any concerns that may have popped up along the way to make sure you are getting the most from your program.

  • Yes! I have extensive experience working with clients experiencing a variety of orthopedic conditions as well as clients in a post rehabilitative phase of their recovery. After working with people through all phases of the life cycle from 18 - 94, I’ve discovered that everyone has some form of constraint on their movement. The process is always the same though. We work together to find movements that feel good for your body given your unique circumstances. We put together a trainable menu of exercises and a long term program that challenges you and helps you achieve your goals.
